1. Process Overview:

Textile industry dyeing and finishing machinery primarily includes dyeing machines, dryers, and setting machines. These devices are responsible for coloring and treating finished fabrics to enhance their color quality and durability. The operation of dyeing machines directly impacts the final product's color and texture. After fabric production is complete, dyeing and finishing machinery play a crucial role in improving fabric quality. Dyeing machines handle the coloring process to achieve the desired color effects, while dryers and setting machines ensure even dye distribution and fabric durability. During the drying and setting processes, appropriate temperatures ensure vibrant colors and fabric flexibility.


2. Heating and Drying System for Textile Machinery

The entire heating control system consists of temperature sensors, Yudian instruments, solid-state relays (SSRs), buzzers, and other components. The general electrical structure is illustrated below:

3. Yudian Temperature Controller Performance:

The Yudian AI-516D71 temperature control module replaced the Omron E5DC series. On the equipment, a group of 40 temperature control points were all stably controlled at the set value of 120°C, achieving precise control with no errors. The product has an installation width of 22.5mm, and the 40 modules are connected in parallel via bus terminals, saving space. During the pandemic, Yudian’s products ensured the stable operation of the customer's equipment, creating significant economic benefits for the customer.


III. Summary

This overseas customer has already adopted Yudian temperature control modules in large quantities to replace the Omron E5DC series.
